Verification standard

A person records the finding. A score is not proof.

A check is dated. It shows what was evidenced, confirmed, disputed, or left open. Named counterparties on the ground do the work.

How a check is made

  1. 01

    Evidence on the file

Papers, assays, and site notes are submitted. Submitted is not verified.

  2. 02

    A person records the finding

Someone on the team writes what was evidenced, confirmed, disputed, or left open — with a date.

  3. 03

    Work on the ground

Assay labs, mining offices, and people on the claim confirm what the papers claim. Submitted is not verified.

  4. 04

    Status can change

New evidence, expiry, or a material gap can change the status. An old date is not a live check.

What we combine

  1. 01

    Regulatory records

Mining rights, permits, registry checks, and the authority that issued them — dated against the source.

  2. 02

    Ownership verification

Who stands behind the company and the right: beneficial owners, authority to act, and screening.

  3. 03

    Site evidence

Someone went to the ground. Coordinates, inspection, sampling, and the laboratory named.

  4. 04

    Local intelligence

What people already there can confirm — community, local offices, and named counterparties on the file.

  5. 05

    ESG review

Environmental, social, and safety evidence on the file. Open items stay open.

  6. 06

    Chain-of-custody monitoring

Where the mineral moved, who held it, and whether that chain is still being watched.

What the first file opens on

Three jobs sit at the front of every pack. The six layers sit on the same file. None of them is a generic Verified stamp.

  1. 01

    Licence

Is the mining right real? We'll help you find out.

  2. 02

    Owners

Who actually owns it, is it free and clear?

  3. 03

    Source

Where the mineral came from, do you have proof?

Evidence on the file

  1. 01

    Submitted

    On file. Not yet checked.

  2. 02

    Source checked

    Checked against a named source.

  3. 03

    Confirmed

    A third party confirmed it.

  4. 04

    Inspected

Field-level validation. Someone went to the site.

  5. 05

    Watched

Kept on the file through the investment.

What we do not opine on

  1. 01

    Not a resource report

We do not issue JORC, NI 43-101, or S-K 1300 technical reports. If those exist, they sit with the qualified person who signed them.

  2. 02

    Not investment advice

We do not tell anyone to invest. We do not opine on price, credit, or future production.

  3. 03

    Not a bank or escrow

We do not hold cargo, hold customer funds, or open letters of credit. You still need your own lawyer and your own bank.

  4. 04

    Not a regulator

We are not a ministry, a laboratory, a broker, or a U.S. government office. A status on this site is not a licence and not a stamp.

Who records the work

The pack records evidence. Mine.Africa is not the seller. Glappy Capital is a United States company. If you commission a pack, that is due diligence support — not a Glappy Capital investment, not an offer, and not a recommendation.
