How Mine.Africa handles data, checks, and the limits of this service.
Who we are
Mine.Africa provides the independent field-verification and continuous assurance layer behind African mineral investments, offtakes and supply chains. It is operated by Glappy Capital LLC, a United States company — not a U.S. government programme.
What we are not
We are not a U.S. government office, a regulator, a ministry, a laboratory, a bank, a broker, or escrow. We do not hold customer funds, open letters of credit, or tell anyone to invest. A pack is not an offer of securities and not a statement that Glappy Capital is investing. You still need your own lawyer and your own bank.
How checks work
A person on the team records verification. Status is dated. It shows what was evidenced, confirmed, disputed, or left open. A score is not proof, a ministry stamp, or investment advice. Paying does not list a seller and does not confer Seller Approved status. Demo files are not live cargo.
Privacy
Account, entity, and document data are stored so we can run due diligence. We use them to operate the workspace, review packs, and contact you about your file. Demo pop-ups on the public site stay in your browser.
