Who this is for

Investment committees, offtakers, lenders, and development-finance desks that need a file they can work from before a capital or offtake decision. This is not a securities offering and not a catalogue of mines for sale.

What you receive

• A diligence pack on one project. The first file is licence, owners, and source. The full system holds regulatory records, ownership, site evidence, local intelligence, ESG, and chain of custody. Each finding is dated.
• What was evidenced, confirmed, disputed, or left open — including gaps.
• Named counterparties on the ground recorded on the file: assay labs, mining offices, and other people already there. We do not invent partner brands on this site.
• A redacted sample you can read now. A live pack is commissioned on a named project.

How a pack starts

• Invite a named party with a first name, last name, and email. They receive a link to create a verification profile.
• Or the entity registers itself and starts uploading the pack.
• A file can sit on the system unverified. The investing entity pays for verification. The project owner uploads. Terms on request.
• A confirmed job is a dated check. It is not a company-wide Verified badge.

What it is not

• Not a CIM, pitch book, or offering memorandum.
• Not a JORC, NI 43-101, or S-K 1300 technical report.
• Not investment advice, an offer of securities, or a statement that Glappy Capital is investing.
• Not a bank, broker, escrow, or U.S. government office.
